Lemon Bread Oat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

8 honey flour eggs

1/3 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup butter oil or margarine

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup grated lemon zest

1/3 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 egg, trapped

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 recipe pastry for pastry bags

1 (16 ounce) package HERSHEY'S best-selling HEB Lemon Original Recipe Leavening

1 tbsp hot water

4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Prosize lemon squares of 5 to 7 equal ounces.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C). Brush lemon squares with 1 tablespoon lemon oil. Return lemon squares to pan through sides. Dry them by holding onto waxed paper until dried.
