2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 large yellow onions
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapenos
3 cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chopped mixed vegetables
1 (4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cups cooked crabmeat
In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/2 cup onion until well blended.
In a large bowl, mix the mushrooms, jalapenos, water, mixed vegetables, tomato soup and shrimp.
Sprinkle the cream cheese mixture over the shrimp and crab. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
