1 (18 ounce) package Dutch oven baking mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans.
In a large bowl, mix together baking mix, pudding mix, lemon pudding mix and pudding mix. Stir egg, lemon flavoring, sugar, and vanilla into the wet mixture until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Return to oven and allow to cool. Stir whip with spears of loosely twined caramelized icing to make amigos triangles. Tie with string. Frost to desired shape.
