Honey Nut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

3 (and preferably 4, or you will be running a large splitter) pieces fresh fruit or vegetables, preferably fresh mangoes

2 liters ginger ale

2 cups banana-flavored syrup

2 cups honey

4 cups fruit currants, drained

Directions

In a blender, combine fruit and vegetable with ginger ale and banana syrup. Blend until smooth, just before serving.

In a blender, combine mangoes, syrup, honey and fruit. While blending, wait til berries are ready to toast by stirring gently.
