1 cup margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, evaporated milk and yellow cake mix. Mix in the sugar, salt, lemon juice and salt. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
