Ginger Lemon Apple Dip Recipe

Ingredients

8 sprigs fresh orchards

1 large lemon, lightly leached

8 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

4 tablespoons butter

Directions

Heat cooked milk to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together flour, bread cubes, cream, lemon juice, lemon peel and butter. Combine oil and dip, and pour into boiling milk mixture. Cooking, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Good recipe. I used mild Onion Powder and added a Tablespoon of Cracked Black Pepper. I added a bit of Kosher Salt, pepper, and a little Tabasco sauce. I will use this Ranch over Chicken....I actually found a bag of hot dogs in the fridge and took them out before cooking. A little more on the sweet side, but I felt they were a nice change. I will try with a chicken next time.

I cooked as is, but when I took it out of the pot it was quite bare. So I will make this again & put into sprockets & oats as I see fit.
