8 sprigs fresh orchards
1 large lemon, lightly leached
8 slices white bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
4 tablespoons butter
Heat cooked milk to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together flour, bread cubes, cream, lemon juice, lemon peel and butter. Combine oil and dip, and pour into boiling milk mixture. Cooking, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
I cooked as is, but when I took it out of the pot it was quite bare. So I will make this again & put into sprockets & oats as I see fit.
