1 1/2 cups white sugar

3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, nutmeg, salt, and ground black pepper. Prop a large glass bowl with aluminum foil over a large flame, opening gently to let sugar burn (this ensures a good burning), and place pan on stove, making sure foil does not touch bottom of pan.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then stir into sugar mixture and mix until smooth. Work in butter or margarine, whipped cream, eggs, milk and cocoa, scraping bowl constantly until mixture is smooth. Stir flour into chocolate-cream mixture
