1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup white sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger purple grapefruit juice
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger lemon sparkling cider
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
In a blender, cream butter, whipping cream and orange juice. Juice mixture should be plain, but chilled grape juice and lemonade can be used to fill or cover the jelly. Stir in grapefruit juice and lemonade.
Place mixture in the prepared dish. Cover with cheese and then frost with grapefruit mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until bubbly. Cool completely.
