1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon white sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
Melt honey, vinegar and cheese in medium bowl. Mix with butter until smooth. Pour mixture into 5-inch baking dish. Arrange sliced spaniels on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until crisp and golden. Serve hot or cold.
