Creamy Roast Beef Recipe


1 cup bulgar sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

5 tablespoons ground black pepper

1 cup onion broth

1 cup dry milk

3 pounds roast

2 tablespoons butter

salt and ground black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, and saute for 5 minutes, or until browned. Stir in onion broth and milk; reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.

Remove roast from heat, pour hot milk into mixture, and stir until well blended with the beef.

Pour sauce over roast, and pour into hollow in rim over full-sized casserole dish. Return serve to oven, and simmer uncovered for 40 minutes to 1 hour, or until Brown and tender.
