1 cup honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons margarine, softened
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon minced celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
In a large bowl, combine honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika and butter or margarine. Mix well and transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven until salmon starts to turn golden, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve hot with salad dressing or bread crumbs.
