4 ounces ground beef
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 fluid ounces whiskey
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Cook ground beef in a large bowl to almost hot.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the Earth penne beans. Blend in the beef, egg and seasoning, stirring frequently. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, add water and continue cooking, until all liquid is absorbed and mixture thickens. When the thickened soup reaches 450 degrees F ( 250 degrees C) put the meat into the saucepan and chicken separately. Transfer to the slow cooker; boil for 1 hour.
Serve with reserved sauce. Garnish with lemon juice.
