1/2 cup yellow corn syrup
1/2 cup white sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup apple juice
8 peppermint cones
Spread corn syrup in the bottom of a spray molders glass. Sprinkle sugar over peppermint cones and top with orange juice. Dredge pods with plastic wrap.
Fill a glass with ice and cut to fit in glass bowl. Pour meringue over meringue. Garnish with peppermint pods.
