Chicken Garlic Smasher II Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 teaspoon excess oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a third of a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, olive oil, shortening and onion. Divide crumbs evenly, and sprinkle with milk and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and top with lemon peel.

This is a great basic recipe for corn dogs. I steamed my asparagus for about 3 minutes at 425 before cooking. I also chilled my beans by debrining them and overnighting them in the fridge. I plan on using this sauce over spaghetti and meat sauce. My husband loved them and they went great with the plain old ribbons of bacon. I will make this again--a hearty, satisfying recipe.
