1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups milk
1 baked egg
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of cheese and milk. Mix well and refrigerate in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Heat a medium saucepan with bacon grease. Place 1 sheet of shredded mozzarella cheese in pan. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every minute or so, until cheese turns light gold.
Remove sheets of cheese and spread over shaved surface of shrimp. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but not all of it. Begin serving it immediately.
