1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) package angel hairbread mix
1 1/4 cups water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart bowl or 9x13 inch pan.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the angel hairbread mix and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook and stir until thick, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with water and stir until thoroughly coated. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Gently press toothpicks into center of the cake. Place in preheated oven. Drizzle sauce over the top of the cake while still warm.
