Beer Chipwraps Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package white cake mix

4 eggs

1 cup margarine, melted

1 cup water

1 cup cherry juice

1 (8 ounce) can beer

1 cup sliced almonds

1 large egg, lightly beaten

2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 cup margarine

1 1/2 cups milk

1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups beer

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, combine beer, margarine and water. Mix well.

Sprinkle the flour on the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place on cookie sheets.

While the crust is baking, mix together jelly and margarine. Pour mixture over the crust. Bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

When the crust is done baking, spread a layer of pie filling over each cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until chocolate is firm, 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on rack.
