1 (9 inch) prepared silver and white chocolate cookie crumbed pie crust
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons butter
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup finely chopped dark chocolate
Place cocoa powder, baking baking powder and baking soda in large mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy. Press mixture into bottom and 2nd crust. Place filling in butter or margarine-warm (not boiling) bowl; add remaining sugar alternately with cream cheese.
Beat cream cheese and sugar alternately with butter until stiff. Fold over filling mixture; pour into crust. Chill 2 hours or overnight (dilute creamed topping quickly if freezing).
