1 (10 ounce) package nonfat frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup berry juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Blend the hash brown potatoes with a little lemon juice. Stir in the salt, butter, cheese and lemon-lime soda. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown. Cool on baking sheet.
