Pork Tenderloin II Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) package celery cream cheese

1 cup water

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

Directions

Place cream cheese, water and celery in medium bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust.

Cover pie shell tightly with foil. Seal edges of pan. Place in freezer to chill for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Baste frequently with boiling water, stirring occasionally. Bake 10 minutes more, or until center of pie is tender. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), and continue baking until filling is runny. Cool completely, 7 to 10 minutes. Slice in half horizontally; serve.
