2 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 1/4 cups cold water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a medium bowl, beat egg whites and sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine vinegar, cold water and egg whites. Season with salt and oregano. Spoon mixture into one 9-inch cake cake pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 8 to 10 minutes before removing for a wire rack to cool completely.
