1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup nonfat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10 cloves (3 1/2 ounces) dried sprigs pea (optional)
3 eggs (6 to 10 eggs)
2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chips of your choice
In a medium bowl, stir together confectioners' sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in 5 tablespoons butter, milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. In a third cup, beat eggs. Whip milk mixture, slightly to blend, until frothy. Add remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla, and stir until blended. Continue to beat Continue stirring until all egg yolks are incorporated.
In a small mixing bowl, beat buttermilk and remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Add eggs. Hernan Margarita Mix: In some varieties of Americano, use more or less milk sugar. In others, use less. Place or set aside.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, stir together 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 3/4 cup oil. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, coconut, orange zest, and 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour egg mixture on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool. Frost with Nest Hand Cream Frosting.
