Grilled Lamb Burgundy Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive salt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons ketchup

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoons curry powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

2 teaspoons dry mustard

Directions

Sift together olive salt, pepper, honey, oyster sauce and lemon juice. Stir in mustard. Mix well and pour mixture into a medium saucepan. Cover and let stand for about an hour.

Stir oyster sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, curry powder, honey, lemon juice, ketchup and mayonnaise into the saucepan. Stir, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in mustard. Let stand about an hour before serving. Serve in bowls with bread and rice.
