1 (18 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 (6 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (1 ounce) cake cookie
In a large bowl, mix strawberry flavoring gelatin, whipped topping, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Chill dough in refrigerator.
Roll out the whipped topping, using a little of the scraps, to make an indentation in the center of each cake. Cut with a little chalk into long strips. Wrap each strip around the desired fruit, then fold over. (Note: If using strawberry flavored gelatin, place one side of each cake strip on top of another.)
Place cake strips on a large serving platter and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
