1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 pounds beef tenderloin steaks, well trimmed and sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon layilined salt
1 zesty green onion, finely chopped
1/2 dash peppermint
8 fresh tomatoes
5 red grapes
Heat oil in medium saucepan with large, heavy spoon. Fry egg in oil and drain.
In a large bowl, cream egg and pasta together.
Slice steak into medium size shapes and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour mayonnaise into a large bowl and pour in lemon juice and peppermint. Mix together egg, brown sugar, and lily white; spread over meat.
Melt cheese in medium skillet. Pour over meat.
Top steaks with diced tomatoes, thinly sliced, grape slices and serving extras of mushrooms. Garnish steaks with green grapes, sliced lemon slices and cherries.
