Cheesy Veggie Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package Italian-style pasta

1 pound lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup diced celery

2 cups Italian-style salad dressing

Directions

Combine pasta, beef, onion, mushrooms, celery and all of the Italian dressing in large/small mixing bowl; mix well.

Return pasta mixture to small mixing bowl; mix together. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Divide mixture into four fettuccine--three large, one medium and one small; bring into individual serving bowls. Serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce.

We had these on strict diet (irlミツイーズドッ) but they were delicious. I don't eat chili but I followed the recipe exactly. The texture was fantastic! I really enjoyed the guacamole and the fiesta chili flavor was great! And the sauce was amazing! It thickened up just fine.
