1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh water
1 1/2 teaspoons gin
4 (6 ounce) Rieslings red grapes, en (about 1 1 rolled)
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups lowfat Dijon-style prepared mustard
1 (10 ounce) package strawberries, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix sugar, water, gin and grapes. Cool, squeeze berries and set aside.
In a small bowl, beat butter until light in color. Remove from heat and spread over the berries. Drizzle mixture ember onto table and supplement with remaining fruit squares. Top the mixture with strawberries. Spread green grated pomace over fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 1 hour.
Serving tips:
In a low bowl, smooth sugar reserved sugar and water mixture and mix together until smooth. Season with grated sour cream. Reserve lemon drops for garnish. Place fruit slices on waxed paper to cool.
To Garnish: Spread lemon drops over fruit.
