2 pounds salmon fillets, cut into 1 inch strips
1 cup vegetable oil or water
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
16 thin steaks salmon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 dash nutritional yeast
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the garlic, and saute for about 10 minutes, or until golden.
Place salmon on the prepared grill. Cook 10 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Drain off fat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, and yeast. Add to salmon, and stir fry 8 minutes on each side.
