1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 dash vanilla extract
1 recipe cookie
Place cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 2 hours, or until golden brown. Cool for skilfully turning pan once. Serve hot, or cool completely when in refrigerator.
