1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon white sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, milk, mixed vegetables and sugar until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
In a large bowl, beat butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vinegar. Stir in the milk mixture.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch pie dish. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
