1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and milk. Stir in egg yolks, vanilla extract and chocolate cookie pie crust. Beat egg yolks into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill should last up to 1 hours.
