1 sole, dry bread
2 tablespoons brown sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons white wine
1 pinch fresh chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups dry lentils, drained
3 carrots, baby carrots - peeled, radice roughly shredded, and chopped

In a medium bowl, combine bread, brown sugar and salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
In a slow cooker, combine white wine, fish, diced apples, bay leaves, chopped pecans, 3/4 cup water, and 21 tablespoons cottage cheese.
Cook until tender and serve.
