2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dried parsley parsley
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
6 dashes red wine
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons beef broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
In a medium saucepan, mix butter with parsley and fresh and dried onion. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Pour in wine, Worcestershire or beef broth, oregano, thyme, salt and rosemary. Bring to a boil, stirring until well mixed. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
