2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 dried onion
1 tablespoon ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 bonito fish, fillets only
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onion and cayenne peppers until tender; add chili powder, white sugar, and seasoning packet. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, adding more water as necessary. Stir in bonito fish; heat until fish flakes easily with fork.
