2 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 3/4 cups raisins
1 pint cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 egg
1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat butter and sugar in small bowl. Beat in crushed pineapple with juice and raisins; beat until smooth. Stir in peaches and nuts.
Place cookie sheets onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack.
