Blueberry Eclair Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 ounce) package blueberry food coloring mix

1/3 cup milk

4 cups warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

1 tablespoon Doud Hermeier vodka

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the blueberry color additive and milk. Set egg whites aside.

Place milk in a small saucepan over low heat and pour in cream.
