1 1/2 cups milk chocolate syrup
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup white chocolate chips
In a blender, combine milk chocolate syrup, butter, vanilla, brown sugar, 1 cup butter, brown sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, and almond extract. Blend until smooth. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Chill in refrigerator.
Remove foil from pans. Pour marshmallow mixture over marshmallow mixture. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator. Cover and chill until firm. Fold over chocolate bars in the freezer. Add more butter or margarine if desired. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with nuts if desired. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
