1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cold water
salt to taste
4 cups chicken broth
1 bottle evaporated milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
4 slices fresh broccoli
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a medium saucepan with non-stick cooking spray, add cream cheese, and saute until smooth.
Whisk in onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Place in a medium saucepan with hot water and bring to a boil, then pour over cream cheese and serve immediately.
Serve cold in bowls.
