1 (16 ounce) package sliced sun-dried tomatoes
8 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (12 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 pint heavy whipping cream
In a medium saucepan, stir together sun-dried tomatoes, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and marshmallow creme.
Place whipping cream on a small plate or strainer, and slowly pour half of the cream into a small bowl. Chill at least 2 hours before serving, turning fruit occasionally.
