Meat Slops Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

VERY tasty & perfect for my family & I! My husband raved about this! My only complaint is that you should use white miso paste (all I can find is white) & I didn't get paid enough for it so I gave up and made my own...just a personal preference I guess. I think it would have added something special.
