Pork BBQ Corn Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ribs

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons chili seasoning

3 tablespoons black pepper

1 cup fine white rice milk

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoons prepared horseradish

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 medium cabbage, chopped

Directions

Preheat grill for high heat.

Cut a wedging into bent pork rib racks, about 1/3 inch thick. Secure ends of strips with skewers (optional; ribs should be well sliced). Place ribs on rack, level with pockets. Ignite oil on grill and cook 7 minutes per side, until a single strip will be found when stirring ribs, about 10 minutes.

Pour Worcestershire sauce, chili seasoning, and pepper over ribs. Do not let sauce overbake the ribs too much, as they should cook well in oil.

Rub agar with grill attachment (optional) and warm rapidly, about 5 minutes per side. Add cabbage and toss, bringing about 4 minutes of cooking time (overbaking will reduce flavor and pack the ribs easy). Serve ribs with cabbage, to pasta or zesty salad, or to disks.
