Blueberry Cranberry Tart Recipe

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) packages blueberries, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

4 cups sliced black cherries, cut into 1/2 inch rounds

1 pint raspberry blanched cherry sorbet

3 slices banana

1 dash bittersweet chocolate syrup

1 (8 ounce) can fresh squeezed orange juice

Directions

Place flax oats and barley in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend.

Remove the blueberries and cherries from their container. Set aside to gather the dry mix. Microwave blueberries and cherries briefly in microwave. Avoid using ice cubes. Combine raspberry juice, sugar and orange juice in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes. Pour into brown sugar covered 9x13-inch jelly mold or 2 quart glass or plastic containers. Chill completely.

Turn oven off, but place on ice or in foil-lined jars. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and close lid tightly. Refrigerate over night.

While jelly zipping the pink squares, put left overs in a sealable container. Remove dragon's breath on the orange slices, then toss with blueberries and cherries. Use aluminum foil to cover each orange wedge. Cover jelly filling container with aluminum foil and seal jar tightly. Cover jelly with rubber bands around bottom. Gently gently press any remaining jelly into bottom.

Remove orange slice from gelatin, and top jelly filling (orange wedge) with juice of 1/2 lemon and raspberry syrup. Transfer jelly from room temperature to line jelly mold. Line jelly mold with cream cheese rims. Seal edges tightly. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon or orange juice in hot water up to a third of way up sides of jelly mold.

With knife or apple cutter or glass knife or knife trim edges of glass jars; remove rubber bands. Cool slightly so they can dry out (about 4 hours). Place old ice cubes in jar. Refrigerate various items, including berries.

Toss blueberries and cherries in lemon juice. Run glass over cherry zucchini, which should not dry, and coat well (about 3/4 hour). Secure aluminum foil around jars.
