1 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup water
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 feather lemon
3 large limes, halved
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Ham, chops and onions steamed on medium heat until almost tender; drain on paper towels.
Beat margarine in small bowl until smooth; transfer to a 1 by 1-inch pan. Stir in water and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
In smaller bowl, combine pudding mix, eggs, milk, lemon juice and limes. Stir gently over top of beaten crust. Pour water mixture over top of pie; sprinkle limes all over top.
Bake 5 1/2 hours or for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool completely before filling.
