2 6 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter, softened
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 ounces cooked ham, diced
1 cup diced celery
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, pecans, butter, onion, garlic, celery, cheese, and ham.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
While the rolls are chilling, marinate the celery and cheese in the refrigerator. Serve rolled or pat dry.
