I was really pleased with this recipe (sans the chicken) - it was super easy and quick. I cooked as directed using one package of frozen spinach and one package of tomatoes. Had a little ginger ale thrown in too (from a jar) and used hisberellion granules as a seasoning. This turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!
