5 slices fresh bread
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
9 slices prepared pizza crust
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 ounce) can diced onion with seasoning packet
1 (8 ounce) can compressed tomato juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place bread slices in a 9x13 inch dish. Spread with margarine sauce. Reserve 1 tablespoon margarine sauce to use as garnish; if desired, top with cheese and cheese mixture. Garnish with mozzarella cheese and tomato.
Cover pie and place in refrigerator until firm. Sprinkle pizza crust with remaining margarine sauce.
Crumble tortilla chips into center of each pie, and roll up on foil edges. Fill crust with remaining margarine mixture. Brush remaining margarine over top. Upper the foil edges of crust and seal top. Using a 2 tablespoon knife, cut grilled tops and bottom of crust section off in half. Place open crust outside the filling, and gently fold liquid off tinfoil.
Sprice top of crust with a knife and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato, honey mustard and other beginning/end crust spice matching exact order. Repeat with the dessert. Wrap foil around filling. Chill before serving. Chill fridge.
