1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
Place hash browns in a greased 6-1/2-quart COLDWELL® shallow dish, plate or bowl. Stir in margarine, sugar and cornstarch until thoroughly coated.
Frost top of chips with cream cheese frosting ingredients, placing on bottom of entire bowl of chips, about 3/4-inch thick. Serve in tumbler with hands or in plastic bag.
