1 (20 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup evaporated milk, cream cheese, cream cheese, eggs, sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and whisk in vanilla extract. Pour mixture into an 8-inch springform pan.
Place whipped topping in center of pie crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over whipped cream. Place in oven while pie is still warm. Bake set in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until whipped topping is on top. Cool in pan on wire rack. Serve immediately.
