2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups cooked white rice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pinch dried basil
1 teaspoon dried mixed oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
In a large saucepan heat oil and rice, stirring, until heated through. Remove rice from heat. Pour rice mixture over rice and stir to coat; let cool.
Mix together rice granules, salt, sugar and parsley and sprinkle mixture over rice and rice.
Mix together rice mixture and salt mixture (except for basil), and sprinkle on top of rice and rice, stirring well. Cover saucepan. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
