Beer Dinner II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2.5 fluid ounce) jigger raspberry liqueur

1 citrus liqueur (think peach-orange)

1 quart evaporated milk

2 cups beer

4 white wheat pancakes (lentils, if desired)

1/4 cup cherry pie spice

Directions

In a blender, combine raspberry liqueur, citrus liqueur and evaporated milk. Shake vigorously and pour into glasses. Serve with beer and cherry pie spice (if desired).
