1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup vegetable milk
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix sugar and eggs. Stir the oil into the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into the crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and golden on the bottom. Cool before cutting into or serving. On a small baking sheet, layer one slice of cream cheese with whipped topping, frost with the remaining cream cheese slices and refrigerate until serving.
